Every moment

We say "every moment" like there is more than the now moment. The now moment is all there ever is and every will be. There is no past, there is no future, there is only ever this moment that you are having now. This can be a hard thing for most people to grasp.

The best way to confirm that there is no past and there is no future is for you to show me your past and your future. You cannot, because they only exist in your mind. Because this is the truth, you can only ever exist in the now. There is no other place for you to be.

Because you can only ever "control" the now, you should remain in it in order to live life fully. Make that where you set your mind...make that your mindset. <3
