Same old same old

When we ask a "favour" from someone they may be thinking in their mind "what have you done for me lately?". They are keeping tabs on how beneficial your relationship is to them. They may go ahead and do the "favour" you are requesting, but in their mind, you owe them.

Now lets take that same analogy and apply it to the relationship you have with yourself. Do you feel like you've called on too many "favours" from yourself, and now you are owed more than you can repay? So, what you've done then is, you have given up on yourself. You have succumbed to a thinking process that halts you from living life.

Change your mind! Decide today that you are not owed anything and anyone out there isn't owed anything from you. The tally for IOUs is only in your mind. Let it go and allow yourself to live the life you were meant to live. <3
