Change is the only constant

When someone says "this is the way we've always done it" says a lot about their comfort level for change. They must be handled with care, as change for them is a scary thing.

Then you have those like me who are constantly saying "have you thought about doing it this way or that way?". We are the thinkers. The ones who are always looking for a better way of doing things. We clash with the "this is the way we've always done it" type people.

My Gramma used to say "when you rest you rust". This can be interpreted in many ways, but I always took it to mean that you shouldn't get too comfortable in your ways. Things will change and you have to be ready to change with them. 

Change is truly the only constant in life. How you accept this truth will determine how rusty you will get. <3
