Be True

When I think back over my 56 years, I am not surprised to see that I didn't confer very often with people on important decisions I had to make. I went ahead with what I decided to do knowing that I would own the consequences or the rewards.

It seemed odd to me to have people feel responsible for my decisions. I didn't want to feel responsible for someone's decisions so why would I try make someone own mine?

What I know for sure is that I have to be true to myself by trusting that I can discern and then make good decisions for my well-being. It seems to be working because I've come to trust my intuitive self over anyone else and am at peace with my life's choices.

We always know what we should be doing in any given situation. Trying to find others to blame should things not work out isn't healthy. Be true to yourself and yourself only. It's all that really matters anyway. <3
