Be kind

The human brain is hardwired to show empathy because we see ourselves in others and for that reason, we show kindness.

Genuinely kind people don't see the world revolving around themselves and feel pure pleasure when they make someone else feel happiness.

Showing, or not showing, kindness to others says a lot about how you feel about yourself. As was taught to us by Maya Angelou: "When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time". 

Can we have a bad day and exhibit unkind behaviour? Sure. But having a bad day also says a lot about how you are managing your life. It's good to remember that you are the master of your life and all things happening to and for you are because you want them to. <3
