If you are thinking what you'd like to do differently in the next 365 days...keep it true. Don't set any lofty goals that you are not ready for.

The truth of the matter is is that nothing happens in life unless you are emotionally, spiritually, and physically ready for it to happen. You will know in yourself if you want success. If you don't feel good about it, don't make an empty promise to yourself that you'll do something.

We're getting ready to flip the calendar to start another 365 days of the same things we just did. Our commonality is that we'll celebrate "important" days together, but the rest of what we do isn't glorified anywhere except in our minds.

No one is privy to your daily life, as you are not privy to others...even those who reside with you. We think we know each other on a deeper level, but do we really? We don't.

The only thing that exists is the present moment. There is no past, and there is no future, there is only ever now, this moment. Anything else but the now, is made up in your mind and does not exist. 

Now is forever. It's all there ever will be. Accepting that as truth is your first step towards enlightenment and peace. <3

New Year's resolutions will fail when you don't mean what you say. We all know that, right? 

It goes a bit deeper than that. Resolutions fail because we aren't at a place in our life to "be" the resolution. Tossing words out into the universe without being ready for the outcome will see them drifting off to nowhere.

For example: Asking the universe for a vehicle when you cannot afford the vehicle is useless. Asking the universe for abundance so you can afford a vehicle is useful. 

If you aren't emotionally, physically, and spiritually ready, it doesn't matter how much you desire something, it won't happen. If you force the outcome, you will get an unpleasant result. If you trust the process (patience), you will be rewarded.

This is some of what we are going to learn for 13 weeks in 2025. (Jan 5 - April 5). I hope you will join me. <3

I'm looking forward to 2025 and sharing my understanding of the power of our mind with those who are ready to know.

It is not a hard process to unlocking the minds abilities. The challenge for many will be to commit to making time in one's day for theirselves. The decision to focus on yourself is not selfish, its an integral part of your growth as a being. 

We will be working a lot on affirmations, gratitude, goal setting, and limiting beliefs. Connecting these four things is the key to understanding how your mind works. <3

The first 13 weeks of 2025 will find me hosting an online journey for anyone who wants to change their current way of thinking. 

It will be a journey of discovery and understanding that your mind holds infinite power with endless possibilities at your beck and call. 

BUT first you have to undo years of condition that holds you back from accepting the truth of your mind.

An excerpt from As A Man Thinketh by James Allen (1903): "Having conceived of his purpose a man should mentally mark out a straight pathway to his achievement looking neither to the right nor the left. Doubts and fears should be rigorously excluded; they are disintegrating elements which break up the straight line of effort rendering it crooked, ineffectual, useless. Lots of doubt and fear never accomplished anything, and never can. They always lead to failure. Purpose, energy, power to do, and all strong thoughts cease when doubt and fear creep in."

Fear can only be found in the mind. If you nurture fear, you will remain stuck. If you release fear, there are no limits to what you can do. <3 

Those who don't understand frequencies and energy will use words like "miracle", "coincidence", and "fate". Those that know better will use words like "manifest", "law of attraction", and "karma". Either way, the end result is that everything happens at the exact moment it is supposed to happen.

You, and everyone you know and don't know, is exactly where they are supposed to be in the now...this moment. Every life that has lived, is living, and will ever live on this planet has a reason for being here. The intracacies that must happen for the intertwining of lives cannot be understood by a human mind. It's easier to just think that there isn't a reason for us to all be floating around on a ball in an undiscovered universe. 

You are exactly where you need to be...in the now, for now. When the time is right, you will be in the next exact place you are needed. Until then, enjoy the moment you are in. Embrace the now. It's all you will ever have. <3

,We all have an ego and we all have a soul. If you doubt that there is anyone else but you residing in your, try this test: Close your eyes and without speaking outloud say the word "happiness". Do it again. You saw and heard the word happiness, correct? Who said the word if you didn't? 
Understanding this will be the beginning of your enlightenment. 

You have, and will always have, control of your mind. What is mulling around up there is happening because you want it to happen. If you fear, its because you want to fear. But fear is a made up thing and can only exist in your mind. You can stop the fear anytime you want. 

There is no past. There is no future. There will only ever be this moment right now. Stay there. Be the voice in your head and you will find peace. <3

An elder shared with me that change is like giving birth. There will be pain, there will be crying, there will be fear of the process, but when you make it through you are relieved and happy that its over. And you are able to move forward on a new and exciting path. Having given birth myself I can see why this analogy is used to describe change. 

The mindset that one has when they enter into a new chapter of their life will determine if they are successful or unsuccesful. If you go in trying to control the outcome, you will have nothing but grief. If you go in understanding that you are not in control of anything except your reaction to life, you will have peace.

Nothing stays the same. Change is inevitable. Accept the truth of this and life gets a whole lot easier. Resist change, and you only bring unnecessary mayhem into your life. Choose to let go, you will be happier for it. <3
