Out of the blue the other day a long time friend of mine told me that I'm important to her. I've known that without her saying anything, but having her say the words gave credence to all of our purpose here on earth. 

We are here for no other reason than to be important to one another. We are here to ensure that no one is left behind. We are here to ensure that love is shared freely. 

Never underestimate the impact that kindness has on a person's soul. It's okay to be genuinely good to one another, just because. 

There is so much negative energy on the earth these days. All this mayhem that you see is here because our energy brings it here. Changing our minds about each other is the only way that we'll get to feel the positive energy that we are capable of generating. 

Gotta stop fearing each other and learn that trusting trusting one another is okay. We are after all the same beings. <3

As I was doing the hard work to find my inner peace I made a discovery that was life changing for me. I unclenched my jaw and lowered my tongue from the roof of my mouth. 

This is where I hold my tension when feeling stressed. The second I feel bothered by something I now immediately check the status of my jaw. I adjust the jaw and allow myself to just "be".

Understanding the subconscious mind and how it controls our mental and emotional well-being is a very liberating moment. We all have triggers. Some we are aware of and some are buried deep within our minds. The ones buried deep are referred to as limiting beliefs that can actually stop us from living the life we desire. 

Where focus goes, energy flows...good or bad. Do good, get good. Do bad, get bad. Think good, get good. Think bad, get bad. 

Understanding what you can and cannot control is extremely hard to do. The most important thing to remember is that you can always control yourself. Master that, and you've mastered your life. <3

Beauty: a combination of qualities, such as shape, colour, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, especially the sight.

Inner Beauty: A person's good moral character is inner beauty, but not physical beauty.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. 

Think about someone or something that you wouldn't typically describe as beautiful and see if you can't find beauty there in someway. I'll bet you do. 

Now do the same thing for yourself. <3

Recently I've had to dig deep in my bag of empathy to maintain feelings of goodness for another imperfect being. Its not often that I have to do this, but it is good that it happens from time to time.

As much as I want to believe that there is good in everyone, along comes someone who tests me on that. Then I have to assess, what is it about this being that is triggering me? What unresolved circumstance do I have that is causing me to feel negativity towards this person?

It's never really about the other person. It is always about ourselves and doing the work to understand our emotions.  It has occurred to me that my grasp on how our energy affects others (good and bad) is not understood by this other being and therefore they lack empathy. It is this realization that allows ME to have the empathy, and grace is able to happen.

All of us have "stuff" that needs resolution. To not give it the attention it deserves, we force others to "deal" with it. This unwillingness to face our truths is what causes negative energy to fester. When you start adding up this negative energy, you get a lot of "inkiness" in the world that is easily resolved with accountability. 

Own your issues. Work on them. Be the energy that you'd like to receive from others. <3

I've pretty much lived my life being of service to others. I don't mean service where I'm paid, but service done out of my own free will. Lots of spontaneous acts of good will that I don't tell anyone else about. That is the true definition of serving others. Do so without thought of return.

There have also been many spontaneous acts of good will done for me that have been imprinted on my heart, so I understand the lingering effects of love and empathy.

If you are ever wondering what your purpose is, or why you are here...it is to serve others. This doesn't mean forgetting to love yourself too, it means that when your cup runneth over, feel free to give some of it away. You will always be able to replace it. There is enough to go around...no need to hoard.

Our time on this earth is short. While you are here find ways to serve others that only you know about. Cherish those moments. They are the only thing that will matter in the end anyway. <3
