I strive to have an uncomplicated life. By this I mean that I live my life with pure intentions. I do not go out of my way to bring harm to other beings. If I inadvertently cause someone else pain, I am quick to make amends.

Living a simple life allows me to focus on what truly matters the most. Me. It is not selfish to do this. In fact, its for the benefit of all beings that you do this. ​

All of our mission is to be the best version of our self that we can be. Not the best job. Not the best house. Not the best car. Not the best family. Your best self.

Fear keeps us from walking the path of self discovery. Release the fear. Trust your intuitive self. Enjoy the journey. You won't regret it. <3

There is no one to blame for the state of our society, except each other. (Read that again).

Accepting status quo is cause for blame. 
Unwillingness to change is cause for blame.
Ranking humans is cause for blame.
Body shaming is cause for blame.

I could go on, but I think you get the picture. If you are a person who can only see exterior life, you are contributing to our mess. If you are a person who has had the aha moment about humanity, I thank you for that.

If we want peace, we're going to have to quit competing and get on the same team. It is possible. The direction that you put your energy makes a difference. We are that powerful. <3

You cannot truly believe in someone else until you can believe in yourself. 

My life changing moment was when I realized that no one was coming for me. No one was going to save me. No one truly cared about me. 

The only person on this earth that cares one bit what happens to you, is you. Once this is accepted as truth, life gets a whole lot easier to take. Taking control of your thoughts and how to use them is a very freeing moment.

Let go of any beliefs that someone else has your back. They don't. But you can. <3

Intention + Attention + Surrender = Trusting the Process

Once you have shared with God, Creator, Universe, Higher Power, Source from all that is, what you desire, leave it be.

This doesn't mean that you sit idle waiting for results. This means that you carry on with life and allow the process to happen. You aren't to meddle. You aren't to question. You are to just be. You are to trust.

This is the hardest part of believing in something bigger than yourself. Master this part of the process and you will bring to yourself that which you are. <3

Always speak positively about yourself in the present. Always speak positively about being grateful that you get to be you. 

Where the focus goes, energy flows. Use it wisely. Your thoughts and words are powerful things. 

I am a powerful being.
I am worthy of abundance.
I am triumphant.
I am loveable.
I am grateful.

I am. I am. I am. Get used to saying it this way and you will see a change in yourself for the better. <3

You know you've made the right decision when you feel peace. Anything other than this feeling means that you're unwillingly compromising and nothing good can come from that.

It is not selfish to look out for yourself. In fact, it is downright cruel to your well-being to rank yourself "less than" others. Your health must come first over other beings. If you feel this is selfish, then you have some work to do on yourself.

It is not survival of the fittest. It is survival for those who regard themselves as worthy to survive. If you feel like you are not worthy, then you have some work to do on yourself.

Be okay with appreciating yourself, because in the end, it WILL be just you and yourself. <3

Jim Rohn once said “If you don't like how things are, change it! You're not a tree”

I, like everyone else on the planet, has thought that once I'm in it, I have to stay in it. This is the furthest thing from the truth.

If you don't want it, leave it. Whatever it may be. You will do "it" and yourself more harm by staying. If you genuinely want to stay, change yourself and see if things improve.

Every decision that is made when you are an adult is your decision to own. There is no blaming others. It's just you in your head making decisions based on your understanding about life. 

It's all up to you how your life's journey will transpire. Start with this truth and see if things will improve for you. <3

Happiness can't be felt every moment of your life. You will feel unhappy too. That is the way it is supposed to be. 

Feeling happiness comes when YOU want it to come. Your mind and heart allow happiness to be in your life. Think good things, feel good things and you get happiness. Do the opposite and you get sadness. You are the common denominator. 

Nothing outside of yourself brings you happiness. It's all on you. If you look at a beautiful sunset and feel nothing, it is because YOU feel nothing. If you look at the same sunset in awe, it is because YOU feel something.

Look inside yourself for happiness. It IS all up to you. <3
