Are you aware?

We all have a voice in our head. I was shocked to learn that not everyone understands this. How is it possible that some are aware of the voice and others are not?

There is no judgement for that. Everyone is on their own journey. It's not for us to say how far along in a journey someone should be. There are people more aware than you and there are people less aware than you. That is the way it is.

Your mission is to know where YOU are in your journey on how to walk your own path. This means spending more time on your inside and less time on other people's outside. You will never truly understand another being. Full stop.

Do this for me. Stop and focus on your mind. Do you hear words rattling around in there. If you do, that's your ego. If you don't try harder. Hearing the words means that you are aware that you are aware. It all starts there. <3
