Actions

As I've progressed through my journey to understanding how powerful the mind truly is, I've learned to critique what I am thinking and what I am saying. I've had to do this because what I've thought and said has happened after I was thinking it or saying it. 

If you are a person who hasn't figured out how powerful your mind is, you are most likely struggling through life. The struggle is because you are allowing your mind to run rampant and there is a price to pay for having it do that.

Being unaware of how your thoughts ripple out into the universe brings chaos to one's being. To quiet the chaos requires major work on one's self. Do the work and reap the reward. Don't do the work and life will continue to run you over. I hope you do the work. <3
